Frequently Asked Questions

Our online application process is easy, efficient, and takes just 20 minutes to complete. You’ll complete your profile, application, screening questions for select positions, pre-employment assessment, and a work opportunity tax credit. Once your information is reviewed, one of our Recruiters or Hiring Managers will reach out. We’ll likely start our relationship with a tour of campus and a job shadow. From there, you’ll have a final interview with the Executive Director. These are typically on the same day. So just like working with the team at Trilogy, being hired here is a fun way to make new friends.
