MENTORSHIP PROGRAM:
On this development path to career growth, employees can earn the opportunity to lead others.
NURSE DIRECTOR IN TRAINING:
Clinical employees have access to resources and experience that equip them for a Director of Nursing role. Formal education opportunities are balanced by direct mentoring by an experienced Director of Nursing. Participants learn about Trilogy clinical systems and operations from a leadership perspective and are prepared to work effectively with Trilogy Executive Directors, staff, and support partners.
ADMINISTRATOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM:
Learn about clinical systems and operations from a leadership perspective by collaborating with your preceptor on a daily basis. You will develop leadership potential while preparing to step into an Executive Director role. Over the nine-month program, senior leaders, divisional support, and other Trilogy leaders mentor AITs in their professional and personal development.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
Every Department Leader, Director of Health Services, and Executive Director is provided a specialized “Pathway” for their first nine months at Trilogy. New leaders are equipped in job specific skills and leadership effectiveness. Leadership support and education is ongoing through live workshops and engaging virtual courses to further everyone’s professional journey.
