Trilogy Health Services Acquires Kingston HealthCare Company
Exciting news! Today, we’re announcing that we have acquired the Toledo-based Kingston HealthCare Company and 14 of its communities. This strategic acquisition deepens our presence across Indiana and Ohio, strengthening our mission to make lives better for residents, their families, and our communities through exceptional care and service.

The transaction includes a transition in ownership of 14 senior living campuses in Indiana and Ohio, plus two additional sites in North Carolina and New Mexico. Our growth strategy will remain focused on our core Midwestern footprint.
